Agreement to Automated Recurring Orders (Autoship & Membership Renewals)

Naturally Plus USA, Inc. (“NPUSA”) offers Preferred Customers the option of purchasing Super Lutein ($120 excluding shipping/handling and tax) and/or IZUMIO ($120 excluding shipping/handling and tax) based on Autoship, monthly automated recurring order of selected products.

Super Lutein - $110.00 + Shipping/Handling + Tax
IZUMIO - $110.00 + Shipping/Handling + Tax

Frequency of Recurring Charges

Super Lutein / IZUMIO Autoship – charged once a month to the preset payment method (Credit or Debit Card) on the registration anniversary date of each month. For example, if you register as a Preferred Customer on January 15th, your Autoship date will be the 15th of each month. Your Credit or Debit Card will be charged on the 15th of February, March, April and so on. If Autoship is turned on at a different date as the registration date, the charge will be made on the following registration anniversary date. For example, if Autoship was turned on January 21st, the Credit or Debit Card will be charged on February 15th.

Delivery of Products/Service

As soon as the order is placed, NPUSA will automatically send out the request to the fulfilment vendor to begin process of the order. Super Lutein and/or IZUMIO will be shipped within 3 business days and will be scheduled for between 3 – 7 days depending on the courier and shipping option you select (Mail Innovations, USPS, UPS, or Yamato). Access to your back office will be made available immediately upon registration. The back office is made available upon log in from the following URL: https://nds2.naturally-plus.com/login using your 7 digit Preferred Customer ID number and password you set during the registration process.

Method of Cancelation

In order to cancel an Autoship you can either access your account through your back office to turn off Autoship or email or call Customer Service at info@npusainc.com or 1-800-378-0321. Membership will automatically be terminated if a product purchase is not made within 1 year from the last product purchase.
